What is the average time for placing orders?
Once you have placed your order and payment has been received you will receive a confirmation email that your order is in production. The average production time will vary between 2-4 days. You have the option of requesting standard or express shipping at check out on most orders.

Holidays and high volume seasons and may cause production times to be slower than the listed average. Large orders of 12 items or more may have additional production times as well.

Are all products being shipped from the same location?
We partner with one multiple vendors that fulfill our orders. Please note that most products will be shipped from the same location; however, various products may be shipped from different locations and packaging.

Can I upgrade my shipping or make changes once my product is in production?
It is not possible to upgrade shipping or make changes to your order once it is in production.
